The analytical solution of the three-dimensional quasi-stationary electromagnetic field problem for a current located near conducting body with flat surface is considered. exact and approximate presented. has no restrictions on external configuration, physical properties medium, frequency. based an expansion in asymptotic series limitations: sinusoidal field, limited to frequencies above lower limit; pulsed by initial time interval pulse. Based comparison results calculations nonuniform at interface between media, admissible value introduced small parameter determined.
